Exchanges and Returns Information
If you inquire via email to customer service within 7 days of receiving the product, you can request an exchange or return.
However, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in an unused condition.
- The product must be in an unopened condition.
- The product must remain in its original packaging condition.
Exchanges and returns may be restricted in the following cases:
- If the product is damaged due to customer's use or negligence.
- If 7 days have passed since product receipt.
- If any product components are missing.
- If the product shows signs of use (including simple change of mind).
If the product is found to have an initial defect or damage during delivery, we will assist with an exchange for the same product or a refund.
Simple Change of Mind Returns Information
For returns due to a simple change of mind, round-trip shipping fees may be incurred.
Also, due to the nature of products shipped from overseas logistics centers, the return shipping process may differ from typical Korean online stores, and returns will proceed according to customer service instructions. For returns due to a simple change of mind, refunds will be processed after the product condition has been checked.
Cases Eligible for Refund or Reshipment
In the following cases, we will assist with a refund or reshipment of the same product:
- If the product was delivered in a damaged condition (report required within 7 days of delivery completion).
- If the wrong product was delivered.
- If there are missing items from the ordered products.
Photo or video evidence is required for prompt verification.
Refund Processing Information
Once the returned product arrives at the logistics center and its condition has been verified, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
※ Additional time may be required for the refund to be reflected, depending on the card company or payment provider.
Order Cancellation Information
Order cancellation is possible if the product is in the pre-processing stage.
However, if the product has already been dispatched, cancellation during delivery is difficult and may proceed as a return process.
Return Shipping Fee Information
If the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered,
the return shipping fee will be covered by the store. For returns due to a simple change of mind or customer's reasons,
the customer may be responsible for the return shipping fee.
