This policy applies to glamfixkorea.com, a global shopping mall operated by GlamFix (a US corporation).


1. Order Processing

  • Orders will be prepared for shipment within 2-5 business days after the order is placed.
  • Once shipped, a shipping tracking number will be automatically sent to your email.

2. Shipping Time

  • Preparation for Shipment: 2-5 days
  • International Shipping: 8-12 days
  • Total Estimated Shipping Time: 12-16 days

Shipping may be delayed due to the following reasons:

  • Customs clearance delays
  • Airline and logistics situations
  • Local courier circumstances
  • Adverse weather or public holidays

※ Shipping delays due to the above reasons may not be eligible for a refund.


3. Shipping Tracking

  • A shipping tracking number will be provided via email after the item has been dispatched.
  • Tracking information may become available 2-5 days after dispatch.

4. Customs and Duties Information

  • As this product is shipped from overseas, customs clearance procedures are required.
  • Entering your Personal Customs Clearance Code is mandatory.
  • Customs duties and VAT may apply if the value exceeds USD $150.
  • These taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Important: Failure to pay customs duties or taxes may result in the return of the product, in which case it will not be eligible for a refund.


5. Customer Information Entry Responsibility

  • Customers must enter accurate information.
  • Errors in name, contact information, or customs code may lead to shipping delays or returns.
  • Problems arising from incorrect address entry are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Undeliverable and Returns

Delivery may fail or be returned in the following cases:

  • Recipient unavailable or refusal to accept
  • Non-payment of customs duties

In such cases, redelivery fees may apply, and refunds may be limited.


7. Long Delay Criteria

You may inquire if delivery exceeds the following periods:

  • Standard for most countries: Exceeding 60 days

8. Loss and Theft

We are not responsible for loss or theft that occurs after the shipping status is confirmed as "Delivered."


9. Damage and Misdelivery
