1. Service Overview

This website provides e-commerce services, and users must agree to these terms and related policies (Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, etc.) to use the services.

If you do not agree to the terms, your use of the service may be restricted.

2. Eligibility

This site is intended for legal adults. Minors may use the site only with the consent of a legal guardian.

3. Products and Pricing

All product information and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Product images and colors may differ from actual products depending on screen settings. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify product sales.

4. Orders and Payments

Payments are processed through secure payment systems such as Shopify and Stripe, and card information is not stored by us. Due to the nature of international payments, some cards may be restricted, and liability for this depends on the card company's policy.

5. Shipping and Customs Clearance

Products are shipped from an overseas logistics center.

  • Delivery typically takes 12-16 days but may be delayed depending on circumstances.
  • Customs clearance, air freight, and local delivery conditions are beyond our control.

Important Notice:

  • Errors in personal customs clearance codes and information may cause shipping delays or returns.
  • Problems due to incorrect shipping addresses are the customer's responsibility.
  • For orders exceeding US$150, customs duties and VAT may be incurred, which are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery delays may not be grounds for a refund.

6. Returns and Refunds

Refunds and returns are subject to a separate refund policy.

Refunds may be restricted in the following cases:

  • Presence of signs of use
  • Damage to product value
  • Simple delivery delay

Round-trip shipping costs may be incurred for returns.
