1. Return Eligibility Conditions

Returns are only possible if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Return request made within 7 days of product receipt
  • Unused and unopened condition
  • Original packaging maintained
  • Proof of purchase (order number, etc.) submitted

Non-returnable items:

  • Used or opened products
  • Products damaged due to customer's negligence
  • Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene and safety reasons

2. Exceptional Cases for Refund/Exchange

A full refund or exchange is possible in the following cases:

  • Product arrived damaged
  • A completely different product from what was ordered was delivered
  • Missing components

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
