This policy applies to glamfixkorea.com, a global shopping mall operated by GlamFix (a U.S. corporation).
1. Payment Methods
We support the following payment methods:

- Other payment methods provided through Shopify and payment gateways
All payments are processed through secure payment systems such as Stripe and Shopify Payments.
2. Payment Currency and Exchange Rates
- All payments may be processed as international payments (foreign currency payments).
- Exchange rates and fees may be added depending on the card company or bank.
- Such fees are subject to the card company's policy, not ours.
3. Payment Approval and Rejection
Payments may be rejected or not approved in the following cases:
- Blocking of international payments/KRW payments by the card company
- Insufficient balance or exceeding credit limit
- Suspicion of fraudulent transactions
- Payment information errors
If a payment fails, please try again after enabling international payments in your card company's app, or use another payment method.
4. Payment Security
All payment information is encrypted and processed, and we do not store customers' card information.
Payments are securely made through systems compliant with PCI-DSS standards.
5. Duplicate Payments and Errors
In rare cases, duplicate payments may occur due to payment system or network issues.
In such cases, please contact our customer service, and we will verify and process a refund.

6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before the product is shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and will be handled according to our refund policy.
7. Fraudulent Transactions and Order Restrictions
We may cancel or restrict orders if fraudulent transactions or policy violations are suspected.
In such cases, actions may be taken without prior notice.
8. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer's responsibility to enter accurate payment information.
- We are not responsible for payment failures due to card company settings (e.g., blocking international payments).
